Half Lamb Deposit - cut how You want

$200.00

Half Lamb cut and packaged how its easiest for your family’s schedule.

Deposit is this $200.

Half Lamb with processing costs is about $330. After deposit, about $130 will be due when meat goes to processor in September-December 2026.

Our average customer takes home about 27 lbs of meat depending on how much is deboned. On average that comes to about $12.22/lb but is even less per pound when organs and soup bones are included.
Grass Finished lambs can be a bit lighter.
Bones can be included and sometimes organs.

Pictured are some of our customers’ Half of Lamb and different ways they had it cut.

You can choose:

  1. straight off the grass - gamey taste

  2. on pasture all grazing season but finished on dried (grass) hay - milder taste

  3. on pasture all grazing season but finished on hay and minimal grain - mildest taste

    Deposit is nonrefundable.
